Victorian spoon back 'ladies chair'

The chair seat had collapsed and after removal of the old upholstery it was found that the frame had extensive woodworm damage and had crumbled away. The old frame was used as a template and a new one made from  beech. The legs were reinstated and it was then upholstered ready for a top cover to be fitted by the owner.
